After traversing Europe from Cornwall in my trusty old Defender, my rugged companion stood out amidst the pristine line-up of cars in the parking lot. Yet, as I stumbled out, disheveled and tired, the concierge greeted me with warmth, unperturbed by the contrast. Forestis is the brainchild of Stefan Hinteregger and Teresa Unterthiner, who have transformed a traditional Tyrolean hotel into a contemporary haven with a sustainable twist. Surrounded by tranquil forests, the Tower Suite room provided the perfect sanctuary, with its balcony offering stunning panoramic views of the majestic mountains. Bringing along my dog Kai, we were welcomed with open arms, reflecting the hotel's genuine warmth and hospitality towards guests of all kinds.
Every aspect of my stay at Forestis was meticulously curated to ensure an unforgettable experience. From leisurely local walks amidst the symphony of nature to indulging in the rejuvenating Energy Flow massage at the spa, each moment was infused with a sense of tranquility and renewal.
